300 Leaders: Leadership and Prayer

Video of the sessions will be made available in the near future.
When a church loses its passion for prayer, it loses its dependency on God. Eventually, the flow of the Spirit will begin to cease and ministry becomes a burden. There is no such thing as a Spirit-filled church that is not also a praying church.
Jesus prayed. The early church prayed. The Apostle Paul exhorts and urges us, the Church, to pray.
The true test of the health of a church is determined by its prayer life. However, these days many churches have become pragmatically minded and prayer meetings are perceived as optional extras. Leadership needs prayer and it takes good leadership to establish and sustain prayer in the life of any church.
At the last 300 Leaders Conference, we will looked at how to lead a church from apathy to passion in prayer. Dr Kenneth Ulmer and Tope Koleoso spoke on general leadership principles and the pivotal role of prayer in the life of the pastor and the life of the church.
